Greyhound Coat Master Rake

Greyhound Coat Master pet grooming undercoat rakes are the perfect tool for removing dead or thinning layers of undercoat from double coats. The number of blades range from few to many depending on the thickness of the coat.  Finer coats require more rake blades versus coarser coats.

Greyhound rakes are built with exotic Malaysian hardwood and stainless steel to hold up to heavy use. Malaysian hardwood is also known to withstand the elements and for natural longevity.

Directions

Use on wet or dry coat. Always pull in the direction of the coat. Use wider spaced rakes with less teeth first and finish with rakes that have more numerous, narrowly spaced teeth.

Pro Tip

The 8-blade, specifically, also acts as a great de-mating tool or for coarser coats since its teeth are spaced further apart. Use rakes with a greater number of blades for soft, short or long coats. Rakes are used usually during the bathing process.
